Processing Times

We aim to get your orders on their way without delay:

  • Orders placed before 12:30 PM are processed and shipped on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:30 PM are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We believe you shouldn't have to pay extra to start your wildlife adventure.

  • UK Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders. There are no minimum order requirements.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days on average.

Our Service:
To ensure the best experience, we ship our orders via Royal Mail Tracked. This premium service ensures your handmade items are handled with care.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier. While we use fast, tracked services, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep through the Royal Mail website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged, or if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to us:

  • Damages: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at cutetailscouk@gmail.com immediately. We will evaluate the issue and ensure a replacement or suitable resolution is provided.
  • Lost Items: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we only ship within the UK, no additional customs fees or duties are expected for your order.
